I don't have any full menus handy, but the <i>Toronto Life</i> article lists the following 8 items: -Chicken biriyani on basmati rice -Persian chicken kebab wrap -Chicken souvlaki -Beef bulgogi -Beef and chicken injera -Jerk chicken and mango salad wrap -Afghani samosas -Chicken satay and pad Thai ...so I think we can assume that the 8 menus will be cross-sections of those 8 ethnicities.
