Sansotei is one of many ramen shops blooming in Toronto these days. But you should visit (get here early – there are occasional reports of being sold out by 7:30p) and sample their broth. It’s amazingly good – thick, not greasy, and filled will porky goodness. I’ve had the tonkotsu and the shio ramen so far, and I think I give the edge to the shio broth. While the noodles are fine, the ever-awesome Chris Butcher of Oyatsu Break and Comics 212 tweeted exactly my thoughts to a friend – we both wanted Kinto Ramen’s noodles in some of that Sansotei broth! Now… how to let their powers combine..?

Note: There’s usually a line by 6p. Get here before it gets cold, because there’s no where to wait inside.
