Sweet and perfectly cooked shrimp from Elemental @ The Gasworks
There’s some extensive eating planned for this coming week and it starts tomorrow when we try to hit up Elemental at the Gas Works. I’d been there last year and had a great meal. Also lined up is the obligatory visit to Pike Place Market. Plus a whole host of other eats I hadn’t got to last year. My schedule is so crammed that I’ve tried to make dinner into two events. Not sure how that’ll work, but hey, you gotta try…
