Yellowfin Tuna – Organic bibb lettuce, green beans, tomato, chickpeas, and tonnato. Liked those fresh chickpeas a lot!
Back in April, I had been frequenting LUMA a lot, as I found myself at the TIFF Lightbox for several movies in a short span of time. Thankfully, the food at LUMA is good and I was able to get some decent shots to boot. More shots, very little blab, after the jump. Mouse over the shots for a wee bit more detail.
The Tongue + Cheek platter: braised veal tongue, duck pâté, pork head cheese, duck tongues, a cider (cedar? forget now – notes sketchy) jelly, pickled root vegetable, maple mustard. Enjoyed this – lots of interesting and tasty things to explore.
