This sweet corn cake is both sweet and savoury. With dulce de leche drizzled on top and a kick of salt and butter, this was really nice. Soft, nice crumb, good corn taste. I also discovered that I used to work with one of the guys at ESÉ! Except I totally didn’t recognize him. I swear it was the facial hair that threw me off – not the fact that I’m terrible with names. I swear.
